Welcome to Books by Meteep!

A room toxic, like litterland disaster. A kid who can’t seem to see his mess and loses focus counting from one to two. An ocean-sized mission, to clean the room while deadlines loom. Consequences are no afternoon snacks with Mamaw – how could Dad? Is it possible? Could the golden rule bring a new attitude and inspire a kid to see his mess and make him want to clean it?

Sometimes when attention is not paid, a day can go sideways. How a day gone wrong is handled, can mean everything. Join a young inventor who understands positive thinking wins, and coupled with actions, obstacles can be overcome. With a new kite and a huge imagination, a day to play can become a grand adventure.

YUP!

YUP WHAT? YOU MAY SAY!

A zebra longs to be stripeless. A donkey wants to swing on vines as monkeys do. Some of this zoo’s animals are confused. Too much looking around at others, wishing to be different than they are made to be.

The following verse from YUP! encourages reader and listener involvement, so that the words read will be owned by all.

YUP!
Yup what? You may say!
We are who we are
It’s simple like one, two, three
You are you
I am me
We each are one of one
Loving Creator knitted,
crafted, and made
Inside mommy’s womb
so we all can always say
I am loved
An exact me
I don’t want to be
anybody else but me
Yup!

About the author/illustrator:

METEEP translated means Me Through Every Eternal Present.

Acknowledging that I could not come up with this on my own, the glory goes to God. I’m father to a grown daughter and a long time autobody collision technician by trade. The flatlands of central Indiana is home, where I enjoy trying to play guitar.

METEEP offers his first two picture books for publication, led and inspired to plant seeds of God’s loving truth to the sponges that are the little kids of our world.
